What are cookies?

How we use cookies
We use cookies for three purposes:
- Essential: required for the website to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Only set with your consent.
- Marketing: used to show relevant advertisements and measure their effectiveness. Only set with your consent.

Cookieless analytics
Separately from the optional Google Analytics cookies above, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set any cookies or store anything on your device, and does not identify you personally, so it runs without needing your consent. Before a page view is recorded, we strip everything after the "?" in the page address (apart from advertising campaign tags), so personal details in a link, such as a claim reference or email address, are never sent. Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in our website footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies
- Edge: Settings → Privacy → Cookies
Note: blocking essential cookies may prevent the website from functioning correctly. In particular, you will not be able to stay logged in to My Claims or the Klaimly Plus dashboard.
