How can we afford to charge 5%?
Fair question. Here is the honest answer.
We keep it lean
No giant office, no armies of lawyers, no TV advertising budget. Klaimly is a focused operation built to handle claims efficiently. Lower overheads mean a lower fee.
Volume over margin
Charging 5% and winning more customers beats charging 35% and losing them. We built our model around doing a lot of claims well, not extracting the maximum from each one.
Technology, not headcount
The claims process is systematic. We use technology to track, chase, and escalate rather than paying people to do it manually. That efficiency gets passed on to you.
We only get paid when you do
Our success is tied to yours. We have every incentive to win your claim quickly and in full. A 5% fee on a successful claim beats a 35% fee on a claim we let drag.
