Modern Slavery Statement

1. About this statement

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires commercial organisations with an annual turnover of £36 million or more to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement each financial year. Klaimly Ltd is well below that threshold and is not legally required to publish one.

We are publishing this statement voluntarily, because we think transparency about our supply chain matters regardless of company size, and because it costs us nothing to be honest about how small and straightforward that supply chain currently is.

2. Who we are

Klaimly is a flight delay, cancellation, and denied boarding compensation claims service, operated by Klaimly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17321388, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.

3. Our structure and supply chain

Klaimly is a small, solely UK-based operation. We have no manufacturing, no physical goods supply chain, and no overseas labour force. Our only suppliers are established technology and business service providers, used to run our website and handle payments and communications:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Supabase (database and document storage)
• Resend (transactional email)
• FlightLabs (flight status data)
• Tide (business banking)

None of these are the kind of labour-intensive physical supply chains (manufacturing, agriculture, construction, low-wage outsourced labour) where modern slavery risk is typically highest. We consider our current exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking risk to be low.

4. Our policies

We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. As a very small company (currently just the founder), we do not yet have formal written policies of the kind larger organisations maintain, but we are committed to:

• Only working with reputable, well-known suppliers
• Reviewing this position as we grow and formalising written policies once we have staff or contractors to apply them to
• Acting on any concern raised about modern slavery in our business or supply chain, however small

5. Looking ahead

We will review and republish this statement at least annually, or sooner if our supply chain changes meaningfully (for example, if we start employing staff, engaging contractors, or working with new suppliers whose own supply chains carry more risk). If Klaimly's turnover ever approaches the statutory £36 million threshold, we will publish a formal statement approved by our board, as required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
